We encourage fasting for 21 days each year in the month of January. This is part of our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting season.

You may also choose to fast at other times during the year for your own spiritual development. It’s very typical to fast a single meal, a whole day, or three days or more.

21 Days Of Prayer

January 8 - 28, 2022

At Better Life, we have made it a priority to seek God first in prayer. We do this as a couple  in January and August through 21 Days of Prayer. We think this is also extremely valuable for the local church.

These two months are intentional, as they begin new seasons of the year. Together, we faithfully seek God first, trusting in His power alone to create lasting impact in our lives, our church and our world.

During 21 Days of Prayer, we have  daily prayer focus, scripture and devotional and we do this each day of the 21 days.

We have replicated a Personal Prayer Guide for download. This prayer guide is extremely valuable in guiding a person in different areas of prayer.
