As a pastor affiliated with ARC (Association of Related Churches) I enjoy using the Spiritual Gift and Personality Inventory that they have designed. I find it to be one of the best I've used.  The DISC personality inventory is combined with a spiritual gift assessment and gives a person a pretty good feel for their gifts and how they might compare to various Biblical personalities.
