S.O.A.P. 30 Day Challenge – Day #25 Saturday, February 25, 2024 “Keep Planting”
S. Mark 4:28-29 (NIV) All by itself, the soil produces grain, first the stalk, then the head, and then the full kernel in the head. As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.”
O. Jesus teaches about the parable of the Sower. Though the act of sowing only yields a 25% “success rate (1 of 4), the one good soil type is able to produce a crop 30, 60, and even 100 times what was planted. If ware faithful in planting, it will reach good soil and grow – producing all by itself.
A. We must continue to plant because it only takes 1 seed to reach the right soil type that can produce much. We must not worry about harvesting – rather, we must faithfully plant and leave the results with the Lord.
P. Thank you Lord for this passage. Holy Spirit, fill me and guide me to keep planting and trusting you with the results. I am believing you for a great harvest this year. In Jesus’ name.
