S.O.A.P. 30 Day Challenge – Day #24 Saturday, February 24, 2024 “The Faith Report”
S. Numbers 14:8-9 (NIV) “If the Lord is pleased with us, He will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us. Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is done, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them”
O. Joshu and Caleb had reports of faith of the new land. They didn’t look at the size of the people inhabiting the land – they saw the size of God! They firmly believed God had led them to this point that they might take the land and experience victory.
A. This is true of us today. We must not look at the size of our obstacles – we must look at the size of God. Where God guides, He provides. Rather than have doubt and fear – choose to live by the report of faith and experience the blessings of God.
P. Thank you Lord for this passage. Holy Spirit, fill me and guide me to keep my eyes on the Lord and what he wants to do through me. Grant me faith, wisdom, and boldness to take kingdom ground and experience his blessings. In Jesus’ name.
