Vacation Bible School 2017 Registration Page
Please complete the registration form below.
First provide the parent/guardian's name and email address.
Second enter the first and last name of each child attending and their age as of August 1, 2017 in the age box.
If you have more than five children, then complete this form, submit, refresh the screen and enter any additional children you have.
You will receive a confirmation email from Mail Chimp confirming you have being added to our registration list.
Pre-registering now helps us determine how many children might be coming for supplies, crafts & prizes. Online preregistration closes on August 1, 2017.
